  • Matt Redlon
    Chief Executive Officer and co-founder
    Matt Redlon was appointed Chief Executive Officer in May, 2011, previously serving as the company’s chief technology officer since 2006. Matt is Clario’s product visionary and led the team that created the Clario marketing analytics solution suite. In his current role as CEO, Matt provides corporate and product strategy, marketing, sales and operational leadership. In previous roles at United Health Group and Fingerhut he held leadership positions in information technology, product development and management and corporate strategy. Matt has a MBA in Entrepreneurial Management and MIS from the University of Minnesota-Carlson School of Management and a B.S. in Economics.
  • John Miller
    Chief Financial Officer
    John is a seasoned software technology executive and serves as Clario’s Chief Financial Officer. John has experience in both Fortune 500 and small growth companies, having held significant leadership roles at Datacard Group and most recently served as Chief Executive Officer and President at EmpowerMX. John has served on the Board of Directors of numerous technology and non-profit companies. John is a graduate of Central Michigan University (accounting and economics) and earned his CPA from the State of Minnesota.
  • Phil Spade
    Vice President, Sales
    Phil is a proven information technology sales executive and is Clario’s Vice President of Sales. As the executive responsible for sales and business development, he provides vision and sales leadership for Clario’s growing list of multi-channel retail clients. Previously with Iconoculture, a consumer research firm, and Dow Jones (Marketwatch division), he delivered solid revenue growth and forged important strategic relationships. Phil has a MBA in MIS and Finance from the University of Minnesota-Carlson School of Management and a B.S. in Mathematics from Indiana University.
  • Randy Erdahl
    Executive Vice President, Optimization Solutions and co-founder
    Randy is an analytic marketing champion and is Clario’s Executive Vice President, Optimization Solutions and co-founder. As the executive leader of optimization solutions, he provides vision and direction for Clario Stream Solution development, as well technical leadership to sales, marketing and direct client interaction. Before co-founding Clario, Randy was the visionary leader for analytics at Fingerhut Companies for over 24 years where he delivered millions of dollars of savings as the result of his pioneering work in contact optimization. Randy continues to bring his vast experience and knowledge to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness through science. Randy has a M.S. in operations research from the University of Minnesota and B.A.’s in mathematics and psychology.
  • Deb Campbell
    Vice President, Modeling Solutions and co-founder
    Deb is a senior marketing analytics leader and is Clario’s Vice President of Modeling Solutions and a co-founder. She has spent the majority of her career developing and implementing analytical solutions, transforming data into intelligent marketing strategies. Before co-founding Clario, Deb worked at Fingerhut where she parlayed her advanced knowledge of database marketing, predictive modeling and optimization techniques and achieve significant revenue milestones from these efforts. Deb has a BA from St. Olaf College in mathematics and economics with an emphasis in statistics. She has earned respect as an expert in the field of predictive modeling at Clario, working with hundreds of multi-channel retail clients implementing predictive modeling solutions.
  • Doug Faherty
    Vice President, Marketing Strategy Solutions
    Doug is a multi-channel marketing executive who has 25 years of experience working at retailers such as L.L. Bean and others before joining Clario in 2004. In his current role as Vice President, Marketing Strategy Solutions, he is responsible for consulting with Clario’s multi-channel clients assisting them with planning, analytics, budget and sales forecasts, customer contact planning, LTV, modeling and targeting and marketing systems. Doug played a key role in defining Clario’s new Core packaged application offerings. Doug has a BA in English from St. John’s University, and a MBA from the University of Massachusetts.
  • Richard Hodges
    Vice President, Customer Insight Solutions
    Richard Hodges is a database marketing veteran and is Clario’s Vice President of Customer Insight Solutions since 2010. Richard has over 20 years of experience on the business side of database marketing and has implemented reporting solutions, migration models and customer value analyses for a number of customer-focused retailers. Richard has been a returning lecturer on strategic CRM topics for MBA programs at Boston College, Dartmouth and MIT. He has also served as an adjunct professor of CRM for the Boston College Carroll School of Management MBA program.
  • Dave Fickes
    Vice President, Integration
    Dave Fickes is a data warehousing veteran and is Clario’s Vice President of Integration. Dave has over 25 years’ experience designing, implementing, and using large scale marketing data platforms that support advanced analytics. In his leadership role at Clario, Dave is responsible for ensuring Clario Core applications are implemented and supported in an efficient, high quality manner. Prior to joining Clario, Dave was the primary architect for Fingerhut’s data warehouses and also worked with Target Corporation data warehouses and operational data storage environments. Dave has a BS in engineering and a MBA from the University of Minnesota.
  • Chris Alme
    Vice President, Engineering
    Chris Alme is an experienced software architect and developer and is Clario’s Vice President of Engineering. Chris has over 15 years’ experience in web-based application technologies and technical management. Chris was appointed Vice President, Engineering in July, 2011 and is responsible for operational availability of the Clario application and ongoing development activites. Prior to joining Clario, Chris held senior development roles at established firms such as American Express and Digital River, as well as being a co-founder and lead software architect for two healthcare technology startups. Chris has a BA from the University of Wisconsin (Eau Claire).
